about me

Hello there! my name is Andrew Cortopassi, and I am a social scientist interested in self in society, society in self. and the impact of these dynamics on health and achievement.

I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011 where I majored in psychology (and unfortunately completed the pre-med track). I received my PhD in social psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2022 and completed a post-doctoral research fellowship at Rutgers University.

Currently, I am an assistant professor in residence on the Stamford campus at the University of Connecticut.

Please take a look around to learn a bit more about my interests and to see what I have been working on!

If you would like to get in touch with me, I can be reached here.
